People
Creative Tension is headed by Damien Owens an IT industry professional with over 25 years experience in telecommunications and IT. Damien is a professional engineer an holds degrees in Maths, Engineering and Business Administration. He has extensive experience in NPD and in establishing strategic alliances. He is a member of the PDMA and an Executive member of Engineers Ireland and has served on many industry representative bodies.
Deirdre Owens is a professional psychologist with experience in Human Resources,Training and organisational behaviour. She focuses on obersving human interaction with new products and service interfaces and customer behaviours.
